ROOTED: Honor the Harvest

Service Description

ROOTED is an intentional fall wellness experience centered on reflection, gratitude, ancestry, and growth. Together, we'll honor the people, lessons, and experiences that have shaped us, celebrate what we've cultivated this year, and set intentions for what we want to nurture in the season ahead. Through breathwork, a grounding and strength-focused yoga practice, sound healing, and guided reflection, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with our roots, and intentionally plant what we want to see grow. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are and move at the pace that feels supportive for your body. This experience includes: • Gentle, accessible yoga • Grounding breathwork • Guided reflection • Sound healing • Quiet space for personal integration Booking Policy * **Registration is required** to reserve your space. * **All ticket sales are final.** No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. * If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying me at least **24 hours before the event**. * In the unlikely event that Sacred Journey Healing must cancel or reschedule the event, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to a future event or receive a full refund. * By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this booking policy.
